As we continue to adopt technology into our business it's been a busy time here at EPS, firstly we have launched a brand new website and will be expanding the functionality on here to better serve our customers both with up to the minute news and information along with more interactivity.
What else are we up to?
We are also in the process of implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system so we have a better overview of all of our customers and can keep in touch better along with having a clear overview of the relationship at the touch of a button.
